  My husband and I have been patients of this practice for over 16 years. What started as a great experience has deteriorated dramatically over the past year. I have been sick several times and every time I call I am told there are no appointments and to go to an urgicare?? Today I was told "sweetheart there are a lot of sick people" -so rude and condescending. The office staff are completely unaccomodating and again just downright rude. Trying to get a refill of your Meds is also a nightmare. I will not be returning to this office again and felt future patients should be warned.
